Accounts Administrator

Your duties:

  • Production and follow up of customer invoices (we process around customer orders monthly)
  • Approval, processing and payment of supplier invoices (purchase ledger)
  • Overseeing of credit control liaising with customers as required.
  • Assisting the external accounts with a number of tasks including payroll, VAT returns and month ends.
  • Working with the warehouse team to ensure invoices match receipt and supply of goods and services.
  • Identifying cost saving measures for the company EG. Insurance, Business Rates, Utilities and other suppliers.
  • Dealing with Customer enquiries.

Your experience:

As the Assistant Accountant you will have experience working in a busy growing environment, you wont be afraid to get stuck in and assist the team with any financial or administrative duties. You will ideally have experience working on Xero and a good experience of Microsoft Office inclusive of Excel.

Sales Administrator

Your duties

  • Delivering a first-class customer experience, in person, online and over the phone.
  • Processing sales orders on behalf of the client using online systems.
  • To develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vuba Group products and services.
  • Ensuring the company CRM system is accurately updated in a timely fashion to ensure effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Liaising with the Vuba team to ensure customers receive the advice and guidance they need.
  • Creating sales orders and working with the finance team to ensure clients are invoiced appropriately.

Your experience:

  • A minimum 1 year working in a sales, customer service or sales administration role.
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent level 2 qualification)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (word and Excel)
  • Some experience of order processing or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
