A full-time Finance Assistant is required to join a growing finance team for a family-owned business who have a presence nationwide.

As the Finance Assistant, you will report to the Finance Team Leader and be responsible for;

• Operating and controlling the system for communication and resolving queries daily
• Inputting data on the system daily before filing
• Recording customer invoice queries from query log and logging invoice query correspondence in customer query folders
• Contact internal operational teams to ensure that the resolution and responses to customer queries are dealt with quickly and reported on the query log
• Assist the senior credit controller in operating the credit control process
• Assist on some banking duties
• To perform any other reasonable task relevant to a Finance Assistant, including, but not limited to, dealing with both internal and external financial queries, and to be involved in ad-hoc queries and/or projects

To be the successful Finance Assistant you must have;

• Experience working in an administrative role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong Eye for detail
• Strong, confident and good interpersonal skills
